Alex Hornibrook was 8-for-11 passing with 148 yards and a touchdown in the Wisconsin Badgers' 45-14 win over New Mexico on Saturday at Camp Randall Stadium.
Wisconsin's offense was carried by the ground game, rumbling for over 400 yards, including 253 from Jonathan Taylor. Hornibrook's touchdown pass was to A.J. Taylor, who hauled in five catches for 134 yards. No other Badger had more than one reception for seven yards.
After starting down 7-0, the Badgers rallied back by halftime to lead 10-7, then cruised in the second half en route to a 45-14 victory.
