Despite injuries during his career, and now a reserve role to starter Jonathan Taylor, Taiwan Deal has persevered with the Wisconsin Badgers, and could play a big role for the team as the season presses on.
Deal runs with the same physical presence that Taylor does, offering the Badgers another battering ram to wear down defenses late in games and also a goal-line back if the opportunity presents itself. Deal tells Matt Lepay he's enjoying his time at Wisconsin.
Deal also shares that his big hobby is fishing--something many in Wisconsin can relate to.
