The Wisconsin men's hockey team (9-11-4, 5-5-4-1 B1G) rounds out its four-game road stint with a trip east to take on the Michigan State Spartans (9-13-4, 5-8-3-2 B1G). The Badgers earned a series split on the road against Minnesota last weekend, dropping the series opener before earning a 4-3 victory in Saturday's finale.
The Spartans enter their second and final series against the Badgers with a 9-13-4 overall record and 5-8-3-2 record in Big Ten play. Michigan State skated to a 6-3 loss and a 1-1 tie last weekend against Notre Dame, grabbing one of six possible points.
UW enters its series against Michigan State with a 55-54-3 series mark. After sweeping the Spartans with 5-3 and 3-0 wins last December, the Badgers have a winning mark against the Spartans for the first time in school history.
